The house is 600 meters from the lovely Sønderstrand with Vippefyret and the white lighthouse - and only 2 km from Grenen.

The house has a large living room with access to a secluded wooden deck. Dining room with direct access to the kitchen. 3 bright and friendly bedrooms. 1 bathroom with tub and shower. And last but not least a nice big lawn.

There is cable TV with Scandinavian and German channels and wireless WIFI / Internet and Bluetooth mini speaker.

Kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, fan oven, hob, fridge and freezer.

Utility room with washing machine.

3 rooms - one with a double bed and two single beds which can be assembled into double beds.

There is carport, Weber Performer grill, 4 new bikes, garden furniture for 8 persons and sun loungers for 6 people.

Calender and prices 

Rental Conditions Skagen

The house can be rented on a weekly basis from Saturday at 15:00 to the following Saturday at 10:00 during the high season (June to August incl.). During other seasons the house can be rented on a daily basis.

The house is rented for a maximum of 6 people. Pets are not allowed. Smoking indoor is not allowed.

The house is equipped with all essentials and contains blankets or duvets, pillows, kitchenware and cutlery as well as wardrobes.

Bed linen, tablecloths, towels and tea towels must be brought. Prices are exclusive final cleaning € 84.

Reservations can be made by e-mail, phone or letter. Within 4 days after reservation and confirmation, a deposit must be paid.

The rent must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival, otherwise the house will set to free again.
